Has Anyone Seen My SD Card?
UPDATE: Found the card under a pile of papers... naturally. I have way too much paper in this house. One day no one will find me and it will be because I was buried under a pile of paper.
I took a bunch of pictures yesterday and today. Then I took the SD card out of the camera so I could upload them to the computer. Then... I don't remember what I did with the card.
It's not on my desk, in my pockets, or in the kitchen. Those being the most likely places I might have put it down without thinking. This means I'll have to search the rest of the house whereupon I'll find some other object I was looking for 2 years ago and never found.
If I find the card, there will be pictures. Otherwise, there won't. For obvious reasons.
It's been that kind of day. You know what I mean... when you look at your watch and 15 seconds later don't remember what time the watch said...
Yeah, that kind of day.
In other news, I took my husband's shirts to the cleaners (no I don't iron why do you ask). I counted them twice before heading out. Then had to count them again at the cleaners because I couldn't remember how many there were.
I blamed it on not having had my caffeine yet today. But now I know it's simply that my brain is non-functional.
In still more news of the weird. I dropped a different SD card on the floor in the closet of my office. It is nowhere to be seen. It was on a shelf, I knocked it off, bent over to look for it... and it is gone.
Perhaps I have an SD card eater in the house. Might there be a repellent for that on the market or do I set a trap using yet another SD card as bait? Then what do I do with it once I catch it? Reformat the little bugger?
Hmmmm... must ponder this a while.

Did you look in the computer? I have an SD slot. Priscilla always leaves her card there.

Unfortunately I have an external card reader which is sitting here staring at me (very creepy let me tell you) with an empty slot. But it's a good suggestion. LOL.
