Yet Again...
Let me reiterate - there is someone who is finding his life so very dull he must spend all his time making blog rounds and posting stupid comments under other people's names. I can't imagine a more dull and boring pastime - honestly it's mind numbing just trying to type out a post about it.
The comments I've seen (I haven't seen them all) with my name attached have been fairly innocuous to date. There was a comment posted here - which I have deleted - that was left under Joanie's name.
Ho-hum.
I don't want to continue posting on this because really it's incredibly fatiguing. But I do want to warn you - if you receive a comment, purportedly from me and it contains weird references to alcohol (tequila appears to be his drink of choice) or even makes weirdly veiled comments of about things like lingerie... especially when they are not in context with the post ( Harvey is my blog father, so some of that does happen), it is very likely not from me at all.
This pathetic soul has posted these comments from a dial in line in Florida. Now it's coming from Comcast Business... it doesn't take much effort to change the ISP this person is using. So, it looks like he is trying to get around the blocks that some bloggers have put up to keep him out. Guess it was keeping him awake... all that commenting, only to find your ISP is banned... well, something would have to keep him awake with such eye-glazing commentary as he has left so far.
If you have a question about whether or not a comment was left by me - drop me an email and ask. I will let you know as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, I won't be posting about this again. I don't have much in the way of readers and I'd hate to have them stop clicking over here because the content has gotten too dull for words.

Oh Goodie
Looks like some nasty spammer is going around leaving comments in other people's names. *sigh*.
Joanie has a post about it. Apparently I'm one of the people who is being spoofed. How fun... and gives others such a wonderful impression at Christmas time.
So, if you receive a weird comment from me, you may want to check where it's coming from... otherwise you could email and ask me what the hell I'm thinking.
Just what we need, someone going around leaving stupid ass comments in other people's names. Merry Christmas. *sigh*
Thanks to Erica for letting me know.

Take Note
If your feet slip out from under you while you're out in the snow plowing or shoveling. Take that 1/10,000th of a second you have before hitting the ground and tuck your elbow in.
That is all.
That is all.

Where'd It Go?
Yesterday I mean...
I had a meeting - a breakfast meeting. (I don't even like breakfast!) So I was out the door by 7am - Yippee Skippy and thank heaven for Triple shot Soy Mochas.
Got home by 3:15pm whereupon I found that (yet again) things manage to fall apart while I'm gone. A program that has been running just fine for months - decides to crap out on the one day I'm not sitting right here looking at the damned thing.
Realized I would never figure out what happened to the stupid program in 20 minutes, gave it up, caught up with email, and headed to my pilates class.
Tomorrow every muscle in my body will hurt - tonight I'm just tired.
Got back from pilates at 6pm, went back to the damned log files to see what was going on with the dying program... no luck. Got on the phone with one of the guys I work with - he knows this code better than I do, maybe he can see it.
I head to the pizza place - I have no food in the house and so I will get a pizza from the great little place that makes it fresh... it's a wonderful thing. (that, 2 glasses of wine, and a piece of cranberry-pecan pie makes life pretty good)
Of course it's going to snow tomorrow and I have no food (today being my "regular shopping day")...this should be fun. I'll be out doing my regular shopping tomorrow with all the chicken littles of the world. *sigh*
Get done eating and cleaning the kitchen (because naturally I didn't clean it last night... no one was coming today why knock myself out?). Then figured out how our sofa comes apart (it's a sectional that has locking brackets to keep it together).
Tomorrow we get a new area rug for the living room. I need to have the furniture out of the way so I can get the rug unrolled and make sure it looks good.
Later - talked to my co-worker again. He can find nothing wrong... it might be an email transfer problem - oh joy. Asked the client for some info, but as it's after 6pm their time I won't hear anything until at least midday tomorrow - we'll see.
Dug out the billing contract for the oil company to be sure we got the correct rate on the 215 gallons of oil they just delivered - they did... this is good as I didn't want to call and argue with anyone tomorrow. We ran lower than I like - which means my wash has been waiting... didn't want to run the water heater any more than necessary and we've had the heat down low - my hands are freezing.
Finally got around to trying to at least read my blog roll. Blasted through it and missed too much stuff. It's only just past midnight here - I'm still tired.
Time to go read so I can get some sleep.
