Drunkard kills himself over meatless dinner

Okay - this guy obviously had more problems than not getting meat for dinner... nope go read the story and see if you see it. I will continue this in the extended entry.

Irritated by this, Sanjivan locked her in the house before setting himself on fire outside.

What kind of place is it where you lock someone IN the house? I've heard of locking people OUT of the house... but I have to wonder about this story. After all, I don't think I've ever lived in a single house where I could be "locked in" without the person going to A LOT of extra trouble beforehand. So does this strike anyone else as very strange or is it just me?

1 Nah this should be normal. I think more houses should have ways to lock the wife inside. Keeps her from getting away while your out with the guys. j/k... Really...

5 They probably meant to say -Locked her in an inner room in the house. Like a closet - It's not unusual, as we know, for papers to cut out pertinent facts.
