Oooh Shiny
Well, the hole in the yard has been filled in. Finally. Not sure why I have to call so many times to get people to do their jobs. And they are always so surprised when I tell them the job isn't finished... ho-hum.
In other news my yard guy was not happy with the way they filled the hole and left the yard. I told him I was just happy to have the septic system covered. It's all in how you look at it. heh.
Oh well, off to read. It's been one of those days when I've been very distracted for no good reason...
Oh Shiny!

That's like poison oak ivy, right? Like the virulent kind where the itchy just leaps off and latches on?
Look at me, all Grizzly Adams outdoorsy... heh.
Glad they finally filled your hole. Double heh.
And this "....And they are always so surprised when I tell them the job isn't finished..." is a sentence we've all said at one time or another, for various reasons. And I think you know what I mean. *wink wink*
Oh gawd, I'm going to shut the hell up now.

LOL - LeeAnn OMG...thank you - I'll be giggling the rest of the day now.
As for poison ivy. I have no idea. This was on a tree in Boston and my husband took a picture of it. He used the zoom on the point and shoot - we weren't anywhere near it. But even in a picture I have no idea. I should know - but I don't.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one to have this problem. We have a job that still hasn't been done, because the guy who said he wanted to do it kept flaking out. Now we have to find someone else; hopefully, whoever it is will be glad to have work, even if it isn't the most exciting stuff ever.

Bonus here is that your yardman cared enough to not like how they filled it. MY yardman is my son... heh... don't think he'd have noticed unless the mower got stuck in it. It's that cheap labor I have... ;-)

JG - me too.
Bou - I don't knock cheap labor. We'll see if my yard guy gets back here to fix it. That's always a question. LOL.
