I Did Say...
I'd post pics. I got a bit busy today. Okay I got a lot busy. I took the pics and then never quite got around to posting them.
Remember the conehead? Here's his balding brother.

Of course there was lots of wet snow everywhere - on railings, the van, trees.

And more trees

Okay enough. We ended up with about 10 inches. Not too bad. I didn't venture out while it was snowing - just took these from the doorways. I was too lazy to get boots on.
Luckily we didn't lose power - lots of people lost power because of trees down. I guess it was a heavy wet snow.
Tomorrow is back to non-snowy normal for winter. I understand it's supposed to get really cold again. Wonder if I could type in mittens.

Oh Just Dandy...
From the local NOAA page for my zip...
We still have snow covering the ground after the 26 inches we got back in December. We've had over a week of temps in the 40's a couple days in the 50's and one day at 60. We've had hours of rain. Yet, there is a cover of snow remaining. Now we're supposed to get a foot more.
Yes, I bought food today - it was my usual shopping day. I'm pretty sure I'm not going anywhere tomorrow. I may even miss my pilates class. (now that's a real annoyance)
Stay tuned, pictures may be forthcoming - except they'll look exactly like the pics I posted in December... hmmmm.
Tonight: Periods of snow, mainly after midnight. Low around 26. East wind between 9 and 18 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total nighttime snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.
Monday: Periods of snow. High near 29. Blustery, with a north wind between 14 and 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 6 to 10 inches possible.
