Aw Hail

Last Wednesday we had hail.

Enough that a pretty decent amount landed on the covered front porch.

Of course there was far more once you got out from under the porch.

And the back porch seemed to gather more than its fair share.

Looks like it's a good thing I'm not much into outdoor decoration or I would have had quite a bit to replace. Heh.

1 Oh hail. I miss it so much. I love the crunch, crunch, crunch underfoot afterward.   By the way, today, one of my military clients...young woman...she had a thyroidectomy four years ago...I immediately thought of you. She said to tell you you'll be feeling GREAT before you know it and life will be normal again.

2 Your place looks so restful and green, even with the hail. Kinda cool actually. Some of our outdoor furniture - once nice enough -- is pretty beat up. A couple of mega-spotlights may have fried the "protective coatings" right off.

3 Joanie - we don't get much hail here so even though I was a bit worried about the van sitting out in the weather, it was fun to see again. And I'm feeling very good so far - yay!

Dogette - it's very quiet here - VERY.  Everyone who comes here remarks on it and it even freaks out some people. LOL.

The back porch furniture is anodized aluminum so it should withstand even the assault of the mega-spotlight.  At least one hopes so.

4 I believe that, by having hail in July, you will be awarded 100 free carbon credits by the Federal Office of Carbon Credits and Stuff.
