Welcome Home
Got back just in time for the ice storm. No power. No phone. No internet.
Trees down everywhere. Electric box ripped off our house. We are on the electric company list so we may get power back in a few weeks.
Oh joy.
Brought to you via my blackberry. At least we were able to get out to the stores. Especially since we were gone and hadn't managed to pick up emergency supplies. *sigh*

It shouldn't take but about two hours to clean the piles of books out of the guest bedroom down here. We had some snow back in '03, I think.

You certainly had one helluva week or so. Glad your home safe, albeit without power, which makes routine things an adventure.

I know it can seem aggravating without the power sometimes, especially with all the other things you had going on. Find something beautiful in the quiet if you can.
